How it works
Same deal every time: we hold the money, never the item.
Why we don't hold items
Any site that stores limiteds keeps them in Roblox accounts it controls. Those accounts get terminated, sometimes for trading and sometimes for no reason anyone can name, and everything inside goes with them.
That inventory wouldn't be ours to lose. It would be yours. So we don't hold items at all. We hold the money, which is the part that can be held safely.
Buying
You pay, and the money is held here — not forwarded to the seller. They then have 12 hours to trade you the item in Roblox.
When it arrives, you confirm on the order page and the seller is paid. If they never send it, the order freezes at the deadline and staff settle it. Your money is still held at that point. A ticket opens for you; you don't have to start one.
Wrong item, wrong copy, anything off? Open a dispute instead of confirming. That freezes everything until a person looks.
Selling
Your item stays in your account until it sells. You never hand it over and wait to be paid.
When it sells, send the trade and mark it sent. If the buyer neither confirms nor disputes within 24 hours of that, the sale closes in your favour automatically — silence can't be used to keep both the item and the money.
Miss the delivery deadline and the buyer is refunded, and the miss goes on your public record, which buyers see on every listing you make afterwards.
Getting paid
Proceeds land in your balance immediately but become withdrawable after 72 hours. Card payments can be reversed after the fact; without the hold, a chargeback would come out of the next seller's money rather than the one who caused it.
You can spend a balance here before the hold expires. Only withdrawal waits.
What we never ask for
We never ask for your Roblox password, and we never ask for your .ROBLOSECURITY cookie. Nobody here needs either. Anyone who asks — including anyone claiming to be staff — is trying to take your account.
Linking your Roblox account is done by putting a short code in your profile description. That proves the account is yours without giving anyone access to it.
